It's a moot point since he's staying (yay for the money truck), but since you all asked:

1) I don't hire people that are smarter than me, so Baraka_Guru is out.
2) I don't hire people that can kill me and are motivated to do so, so Plan9 is out (hello, edipus complex).
3) I do very badly with the "look but don't touch" when I'm working shoulder-to-shoulder with someone, and I don't hire attractive women, so ZombieSquirrel is out. Rethinking the "no touching" rule would be a basic requirement.

Finally, I'm hurt that there's no distinction drawn between "sexual assault" and "sexual harrassment". I'm never guilty of the former but always (and I mean ALWAYS) guilty of the latter.

 

Technically I'm out for all three points.
