    30m on the treadmill, 100 ab reps with 30-60lbs depending on the machine, load of laundry (washed, dried AND folded), chopped veggies for lunches today and tomorrow, made S's power smoothie, showered, dressed, and got out the door by 8:15.
    Now to go sit on a couple of cats and get my ass to "work" until 6:30 tonight. Happy May Fool's Day.

    The last 5 days have been really rough, both personally and professionally. And the sainted dipshit that reared his head again yesterday didn't help things. That said, I probably should have just clicked my back button.

    Then again, there's nothing like seeing one of your kids swollen from shoulder to cheek with a big incision in his neck to put things in perspective.
