    It's finally cool enough to bake bread. Good thing I have time to do so. My knee is so much better. I think by the time I go back to work on Wednesday, I'll almost be walking like a normal person!

    No, it was not a subdermal injury. It was right across my kneecap, which means there's nothing there to hurt other than the bone. They did X-rays, and my knee looked like something out of a textbook--or so said the doctor and RT. I apparently have a beautiful knee. Who knew.

    I have been used to 'normal' meaning favouring either knee (used to be both more often when I had a more physical job and typically scant hours for sleep) especially when the weather shifts or they just feel like it.

    Just watched episode 3 of Inspector Gadget with the kids. *Off to search for Penny's watch online now*
    Surely they offer a watch that features full colour 2 way video , laser capable of knocking down doors on grain silos used as missile silos, and that tells time.

    That show does hold up well.

    Narrowed my initial list of 39ish Dragon*Con panels down to 8. With 6 "maybes" depending on how much sleep I get, how much beer is consumed, and what's going on in the common areas. I'm bummed that all my science and NASA related panels were eliminated because of time constraints/conflicts.

    But hey....Carrie Fisher :D
