    Getting these people to focus AND organize themselves is a full time job. Then I had a brilliant idea to pull the MS card. I told them due to cognitive issues, I need them to stick to an agenda and be linear in their discussions. I say I get lost otherwise.

    They must be scared of the ADA because so far, they are adhering to my rules and are ok if I'm a little bitchy in meetings to try and get them on track.

    well here's an odd development. about 5 years ago i sent my dissertation away to visit with a pretty well-known publisher that has actual distribution and stuff.

    then i didn't hear anything.
    then i didn't hear anything.
    then i didn't hear anything.

    this not hearing anything continued until yesterday.
    now i have a book deal.

    go figure.

    thanks. it's basically about workers in the french automobile industry and the nice marxist revolutionary theorists who built a neat conceptual zoo for them and what happened when the hungarian revolution came, which featured the soviets crushing a workers' revolution in the name of workers' revolution. you can kind of see how an ideological framework comes apart.

    it's more specific than that, of course, but that's the basic idea.
