My younger two certainly do love each other and show that in all the normal way close siblings do. Have to love the "I am going to push you down" one minute thing followed by "I am your best friend again" literally seconds later.

Nothing to announce

 

My only two clients on the schedule today were at 8:30 am and 5 pm. The 8:30 didn't show up and the 5 called at 8:30 to cancel. My hair appointment was already scheduled for 11.
Guess who is working on that 30 page paper due the 15th that hadn't been started yet?

 

Stopped by the house briefly to drop off coffee and got *dinged*

This day just became that much more awesome

 

I don't hate my job....I actually kind of love it. I just really despise some of the people I work with...ok only 2. The receptionist is just loud and annoying, but the D.O. is sneaky, backstabby, manipulative...and just pisses me off. The receptionist I can handle, but the D.O. is going to be the one to cause me to quit.

 

If you go Hannibal Lector style on them (understandable if you decide to skip the eating them afterward part) just make sure to cover your tracks properly.

 

ZombieSquirrel, it's weird how closely your D.O. parallels a browser game I play who has a monster in it called a Dark Oppressor , (which we shorten to D.O.) who is sneaky, backstabby, manipulative, and just pisses most people off.
We usually just kill ours after being Dark-hearted and Agony Cursed. Try to resist killing yours, huh?

 

Someone should change the custom title for the Happy Posting Bot to "official greeter" or something along those lines.

Work was slow today, which kinda sucked... but the people on were awesome, so we had fun, at least.

 

I forgot Stanley. No soup for me!

 

Went in for the epi yesterday. 2 Nurses can't start an IV. Get to have the shot sans sedation. Party time in the O/R!

 

Hoping the gym's not packed... I'm thinking 3ish miles, then a dip in the pool.

 

No worries, you do not want to ask what is in the "soup". We will just mention that the room full of the million monkeys that is alternating between writing fresh source code for Microsoft and writing the federal budget is a few short now and leave it at that.
