    Damn this feels good. I had almost forgotten what it felt like.

    I'm not supposed to have favorites for the March Madness, but come on CARDS! I have worked way too hard to get your travel party of 250 people to your games for you to let me down now.

    What is the average monthly apartment rent? My renewal is coming up and it went up $19. I am trying to figure out if a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom, 1000sq/ft apartment for $679/month is expensive. Is it?

    Not where we're at, Jove. My last apartment was 1 br, ~650sq ft for $640. What you're describing usually goes for $750+ in an okay neighborhood
