Well, in theory anyway

 

I mostly like how awkward they can be. Makes me giggle.

The more socially awkward someone is, the more fun I have with them.

Actually, that's not true. There are some people so socially awkward that they just need to be punched.

 

The only comedy I watch much is Community, but that too is getting old. It's probably me

 

Maybe not. I watch almost no comedy, TV or otherwise. I never have. Yet I'm a total goof. Maybe I prefer to laugh 'live'?

so, i am sitting in sociology class tonight after watching an 80 minute presentation by Rick Steves, of all people, about the 'politics of travel.' it wasn't bad. he hit some high marks...and a few middling ones. but afterwards we were 'discussing' the video and the girl next to me, as earnest and sure of herself as could be, says, 'but the government of Europe, they've been around a lot longer than us, right?'

my head went bbbrrraaaannnngggg.

I laugh more during House than any other show. Good comedy is to be found in dramatic situations, no? My wife tends to laugh most when people get hit by buses, on TV/movies. Considering she's a nurse, I find this disturbing ( and funny ).

 

My eldest brother had it. Didn't respond to the treatment very well. Hope you have a quick recovery.
