    I just did my good deed for the day. I just found one of those reloadable MasterCard cash cards on the sidewalk not far from my place. I called the company to report it lost (or, in my case, found).

    I suppose it could have had a zero balance, but it did have a signature on the back. It could also have had hundreds of dollars on it.
