    My mother-in-law dropped off some vegan truffles along with our groceries this morning--a chili one for my husband and a raspberry one for me. Mmm. The chili one is like eating a chocolate red hot. I think I prefer it to the raspberry given that I have a cold, even though raspberry is my favorite.

    Just last night I tried some vegan truffles from this Danish vegan bakery in uptown Toronto. Very well done. I also had cupcakes and oatmeal chocolate cookies!

    Yeah, to both. I think I've figured out what's putting the hurt on it though. Both times that it's gotten bad, was after using a certain new piece of cardio equipment at the gym. It is like an elliptical with lateral movement included. I don't think my knee likes the lateral nature.
