    I completely agree with this assessment. The Michigan Avenue cliff is one of my favorite views, and I love looking back at the Chicago skyline from the Museum Campus--the combination of the expanse of Lake Michigan, the park, and the skyline is irresistible.

    So, I had written about Mama Kitty in my blog, the cat who used to follow my dog and I on our walks. Well, a couple of months ago, they started setting out traps for the outside cats and we took in Mama (who was visibly pregnant again by that time). We treated her for ear mites and intestinal parasites. She lived on the back of our couch for a month and then retreated to my daughter's room where she laid on the floor like a beached whale for a couple of weeks. We go to the comic convention this morning and come home this afternoon to find four new tiny precious kitties in our house.

    In 6-8 weeks we will find all of them new homes. Mama did good.

    My daughter just came in to tell me that one of them has markings very similar to Vex. One of them may end of staying with us. Who knows.... :)

    Never been to NYC, but drove through the state of NY about 13-15 years ago. I have been to Chicago numerous times, so at the moment it is all about how much I am willing to spend for vacation.

    New York state is quite awesome. Due to moving to Connecticut from Toronto I made the trip from stem almost to stern more times than I can count.
