    Practice was pretty awful last night. Nobody would focus. Everyone wanted to be a coach unless a hard decision had to be made. It felt like I was playing with a bunch of college girls. Oh wait, they practically are.

    Regardless, I'm sore today....It's because I haven't done anything a year...NOT because I'm 30 now.
