My roommate played a Risk drinking game recently with younger family members over the holidays. I don't know what the rules were, but apparently some people got effed up. His brother was telling me that no one wanted to leave the table because as soon as one did, people started scheming.

I'm sticking with drunk operation for the time being. I'm surprising good at removing a funny bone after drinking tequila.

 

No, they're pretty pissed, too.

Picked up for a coworker tonight, because her son came for a surprise visit. I really just want to take a nap.

 

Just woke up from a nap. Feels good to be awake and still have time to interact with the day walkers out there while taking care of a bill or two.

My shrink just told me I've had a 'rough two years.' Oh, the pearls of wisdom that spill forth during his $100 for 10-minute visits.<sarcasm>

 

Sounds like telling me that two girls under 5 have almost magical powers to trash a room in seconds, and then smile and laugh at you oh so sweetly when you ask why.

 

The growler may be my favorite newer invention.
Fresh-from-draft craft beer at home in my pjs. Yup.

 

I don't want to do ANYTHING tonight, but I have a fear that I'm going to get dragged out again. I tell my peeps I just want to be surly and antisocial, but they won't let me.

 

Max likes to bite.
Max does not respect the water bottle.
However, Max does not like to be blown at.
The funniest thing ever is watching him try to decide whether
he wants to keep biting my arm or escape the puffs of air coming at him.
The biting usually wins for about 8 - 10 times.
