    À chacun sont gout. Many, many people rather enjoy pork loin. But pork isn't for everyone.

    I don't eat it anymore due to other reasons. Though I rather enjoyed this cut on sandwiches in the past. Call me weird.

    All it requires is a couple buns. Pork belly bacon doesn't quite work on its own in the same context. That's why you get BLTs.

    American Canadian bacon sucks.
    Canadian back bacon is delish. It's not fake. It's lean and not fatty.

    Also, Americans know nothing about baked goods, especially pies and 'tarts. Canadian food is all about comfort.

    I am tired now (not damn tired yet) and I only have 13 hours or so before the end of the shift in the morning. I strongly suspect that a decent nap is not going to happen before I leave for work .

    In other news, I was just viciously assaulted by a 3 year old wielding a stuffed elephant babbling happily throughout the process.
