You mean to say that the pot and the kettle are both black? That was my point, when I called class actions suits yet another "attorney enrichment device."

    Yes. I understood your point.

We did work for some plaintiff's attorneys who were very selective and saw the cases all the way through. Others would sign any client, basically looking for a quick settlement.

Defense attorneys were a bit different. Some rode the gravy train by dragging things out and ordering records they absolutely didn't need. Others were 'real' trial attorneys, they lived for the courtroom fights. While it doesn't apply to all trial attorneys, I can say that many of them I met were disdainful non-trial attorneys.

So I got a lunch tote (whatever they are called) which comes with 2 thin freezer packs for insulation. It has a reasonable amount of room in it. Of course the idea is to have more control of calories and also save some money by not eating out so much. Hopefully it works out and I can be consistent with it. Second day bringing food in.

As per my interview, I think it went alright. He gave me a bunch of information on wells Fargo and the job, and asked me to call him next week with further questions. It almost felt like he was thinking I might be intimidated by the hours and the job and was giving me a chance to back out. Turns out good loan officers (accord to him) market to realtors and they do so by going to their open houses, because they will be there for a while. More of a social call. At least I won't be there til 9 pm on a Saturday night.

That might cost you your Sunday afternoons instead. One of my cousins works in banking and is happy now but hated it at first because they made her work doing a lot of phone calls for collections.

No Starbucks or Strabucks in the lobby, but a rooftop deck (we can watch the fireworks on Monday night) and a fully equipped gym in the basement.

Back from a week in the woods. It was nice, but I think I know my max for nights camping now.
