    I was supposed to get some information from my counterpart in another region of the country for a customer where we each service locations in our geographical area. The idea was for him to scan a bunch of documents, email them to me, then I was to sort it out into useful information to present to my boss.

    He emailed me this morning and said the scanned documents ended up being too large of a file for our email system to allow him to send in one batch.

    So he took the data from the documents, entered it all into a spreadsheet that is basically what I would've had to do, and emailed me the completed spreadsheet instead of the raw data, saving me a ton of work.

    I have now installed KiTTY on Windows so I can ssh into my shell server, so that I can connect to irssi in a screen session and chat on IRC. I feel like I might have made this more complicated than it needs to be.
