Going in for my second visit to the counselor/psych.
The first one took me a couple days to clear button back up from and that was just the 'get to know you'.
I had the 4th of July weekend to use to deal with it.
This week I go straight back to work.

I was off with pay on Friday, and worked harder Fri, Sat and Sunday than I did all the previous week. However did go to a cook out with my woman, ate, talked, meet new friends and went home to bed by 8:30

Dude I did that years ago and had to quit, get off the meds and get myself right. the fn meds made me worse than I was to start with.

 

I had no food to speak of and not much sleep before a long double shift, AKA "Typical Friday night". Whatever, holidays and my birthday rank somewhere around -5 on a 1-10 scale on my personal list of important dates.

 

Dude is that a negative 5? as in -5 or just a 5 on a scale up to 10?

 

-5, anything resembling a recognised holiday for awhile has been forgettable or generally just meant I worked.

I very rarely watch Community, don't find it particularly funny or interesting. Last night one of the character referred to the vagina as the

Penis Flytrap.

I have been pulling graveyard shift for 4 years now so "nights" = early morning or afternoon hours to most people.
The term "weekend" = somewhere between monday-thursday depending on what what particular dates you are referencing in that stretch.

 

Just biding my time until they get back.
