I actually got sleep laying down last night.
Things are getting better.

There have been rumors of Perry's sexuality for years. Google "Rick Perry gay" and read on... Remember you found it on the Internet so it has to be true.

Do I think he's gay? No idea. Nor do I honestly much care. I would find it hilarious if he were given his public stance on the issues involving the LGBT community. But he wouldn't be the first high level GOP or hard right conservative to be exposed as gay.

 

It seems to matter more if a celebrity is a wee bit lavender. If "matters" means that the The Globe, Enquirer, or People Magazine (not much higher on the food chain in my opinion) can use the story or rumour thereof to sell more issues this month.

 

I'm not sure what it says, when you tell your wife that "her boobs are smokin'" and she assumes that you put the chicken breasts on the grill (correctly).

 

That she knows you way too well and you've married a long time.

But I'd say those are both good things.

I've never heard the rumors, but I also don't care. Except for the fact that Perry has held the conservative party line on LGBT issues. What surprises me is nothing--that I 've seen--has surfaced in the mainstream news media, which IME is amazing considering Perry's very high public profile.
