    Spectacular. They make my feet walk properly, so naturally, everything hurts. They have fantastic grip, good flexibility, and they took the waterproofing splendidly.

    I have a pair of Keens and it seems if I walk more than 4 miles it bothers my bursitis in my left hip. I love the boot and feels awesome on my feet and knees.
    Wonder if the La Sportivas would give more support in the actual movement of the tendons in the hip. Depressing since I fell last year on ice...

    Can anyone tell me how to quote correctly these days? When I reply it does not capture the persons id. poo poo

    If you check out outdoorgearlab.com and their reviews, it'll tell you where the strengths and weaknesses are in a lot of these shoes. Our REI had nearly all in stick from the hiking shoe/boot section to try on. I'm going to get some SuperFeet insoles soon. Hubs got some this weekend and is in heaven. He has super flat feet, misaligned knees, and had a microlaminectomy on 4 vertebrae in 2010 after his tarlov removal. He said he's never walked so well in his life. I have super-high arches, wide balls of my feet and narrow heels. They fit like a glove. Whenever I tip my balance or get new shoes it flares up my fibro like a mofo and it feels like there is glass in my hip joints. I didn't get that with the La Sportivas... Just my janky soaz muscles screaming.

    St Pete Beach. They're opening the first new hotel in 20 years or so and I'm part of the inaugural journalists invited to experience it. Looks like Mediterranean and Modern Swank had a baby.
