Time to hit the road and head home. Long day of meetings yesterday.

 

If I fail PCM because of my gimpy shoulder and knee, I'm going to be pissed.
And, I'm going to figure out how to squeeze the gym back into my schedule.

On a related note, my new kitchen table is arriving Tuesday. It's really kinda sad how much this excites me.......

 

I'm picking up a Canon 60D with a Canon 18-200 superzoom on wednesday.
My little present to myself.
My Rebel XT I bought in 2006 was getting a little boring.

The trick is to let everyone know so they can buy accessories!

 

Please post how you like it. I have been looking at lens for a while; always borrow the brother-in-laws len when I go out. I have a 75-300 in which I just don't like. Love my Rebel though.

My son wants to have a birthday party for our cockatiel, who hatched sometime in December 12 years ago. I think it's just an excuse to have cake.

 

Good morning, TFPeeps. Feeling decrepit this morning. In the last 3 days I've done my core strength workout and swum 2 miles of Breaststroke.

It is impossible to consider improving one's breaststroke without generating a slew of sexual innuendos. E.g.: After you come up for air, when you put your head back down, if you look at the bottom, your stroke will go deeper.

Added 600 pounds of sand in the back of my truck, ran 5.2 miles and grabbed three beers from my parents fridge before I left their place.

 

I feel surprisingly good after having eightish beers last night. Voice sounds kinda hoarse, though.

I also remember a point in my life where I would've scoffed at that sentence. "Of course you feel fine, it was only eight beers, pansy!"

 

I only sang twice last night (Cover of a Rolling Stone and Bring Me To Life) and only had three pints, but my throat is pretty tore up, and still with a bit of a headache (the latter probly has more to do with the Xanax I took to unkink my hip last night than the beer, though.)

 

I enjoy making fancy salad dressings.

 

Do you also make your own mayonaise?
I'd like to try my hand at home-made mayo, but am kinda hesitant.

 

I do. But not for every day use. It's really very easy if you have the right tools.
