Never have tried contacts. It has only been 28 years for me with glasses, and still not in a rush to change that.

 

I just want to sleep in just once. This early morning being WIDE AWAKE sucks.

 

Best of luck to you! The combination of dry eyes, droopy eyelids, & toric lenses make contact lenses almost impossible for me to tolerate.

 

I can't put anything in my eyes that has to stay there. I just got the hang of eye drops 2 years ago. I'm working up the courage for LASIK.

 

Wait, nobody move, I lost a contact lens! Has anyone seen my contact?

 

I'm happy to be moving, but checking forums on Tapatalk is gonna kill me... Ugh.

 

More first problems: had to move the laptop over to keep the typewriter from hitting the screen when it reached the end of the line.
on that note, my typewriter never says "cannot load profile" with an evil laugh and a cheerful middle finger....same can be said for the Linux side of the fence on this system.

 

I keep screwing up the time zone thing. I got so used to adding an hour on when I was I Central, that now that I'm back I the same time zone as everyone, I'm automatically adding an hour to all of their texts and such. Dammit.

 

Is it Friday yet?

 

Actually falls under "Saturday" today for me. Woo Hoo. Working two hours tomorrow with a client but that will be quick, more time to work on post processing pictures and writing.

Oh yes, finished this little project this morning.
Statue in Cour' d Lane(spelling is closer at least this time) that I colourised.....and then off to work on editing some of the pictures I took yesterday with an actual human subject as a model.

 

Love it!

 

Census Bureau provided a nice catered lunch today for 1oo+ of their closest friends.
