    Took the fareless city bus downtown, looked to see if the bookstore had what I wanted (no :(), and went to Wednesday market. I bought two leeks and an eggplant. The eggplant, a regular Italian eggplant, is on the small side. This is perfect as my husband does not care for eggplant.

    Fridays between 1pm and 5pm are so very pointless. I actually have a standing appointment every Friday afternoon to look at web comics from the week. My mind checks out after lunch on Fridays.

    I have saved a mindless task for the afternoon. Listening to musack while I mail some reports to people. Actual mail. Not emails. It's interesting, but it's what the VP of Finance sent me. :-p I was going to give it to the student worker to do, but I needed something easy.
