    I saw that the title of a Star Trek: TNG episode was "11001001" and went to translate it on Google, when I came across this Star Trek fashion blog.
    Found it pretty funny and thought I'd share for any Trek fans.

    This is Rob Cantor. Lead singer of one of my favorite bands (that is on permanent hiatus..). But he's super nice and super cool and super awesome.

    It has happened twice now - shakes head - that I have called my cheap lenses "garbage" (both EF moung kit lenses from 1990 and the other the past 10ish years) and then found them actually useful. Actually found a use for my 35-80mm tonight aside from the budget macro it becomes with the front element removed. Strong duct tape does wonders for holding a lens together when you have misplaced all but one of three screws that originally did the job. I shall amend that opinion on the 35-80mm to "mostly garbage" as it the thing it does best it frustrate me when used for anything but macro work.
    On the other side of that coin I have had nothing but good things to say about the $5 30 year old lens I found at the pawn shop.
