So, I went to a garage sale the other weekend, noticed that all the proceeds were going to a canine second chance rescue, and picked up a pair of rollerblades there. I had NO intention of ever using them. Fast forward five days and my youngest asks (while batting his big blue puppy dog eyes at me) if I want to go rollerblading with him. Loooong story short, I made a fantastic wipeout right in the middle of a busy intersection. Cars honked, people clapped, and a comedic star was born. Fortunately, only my pride was hurt.

@Fremen and @ChrisNoyb have sent me an awesome lightning and thunderstorm... It is already flooding, so I'm going back to bed. No clients until noon. Feels so nice to curl up and listen to the rain. With a cat under the covers freaking out. The last time it did this, and the took me an hour to get to our other office. Today's office floods out immediately when it rains this hard.

 

Yeah, that lightning storm fried my Xbox ethernet.

 

Maybe this time the TFP server will accept my response.

The couple of sets of heavy thunderstorms passed well to the north and south of Houston. Our 50% chance of rain today is rapidly dimishing.

 

I just stuck my hands in the -70 freezer without gloves. Oops.
