Had canned Clam Chowder for lunch. I enjoyed both of the two servings recommended servings for lunch but had to apply salt and pepper more than once to improve the flavour of course. How am I supposed to get by on only 1.8 g of sodium for lunch when I can add more? looks for the <american tastebuds> tags to add to the post.

"Five Miler" can mean just getting out of bed for me. Especially when the weather gets colder or makes those lovely rapid temperature transitions. Fortunately the discomfort is still relatively short lived but I strongly suspect that it will be worse the older I get.
