    The same thing happened to me at the end of the last day of the bar exam. I was all finished -- I had even gone back and rechecked my answers (this was the Multistate, multiple choice exam). But no one was allowed to leave the room until the exam was over.

    It took tremendous effort not to disturb the other test-takers. Everything was funny. Even the ventilators in the ceiling of the test room were absolutely hilarious.

    Last night we kept seeing that damn car commercial with the Stacy's Mom song. (Our friends actually sing that song to DaddySquirrel about HIS mom. She's cute.) He turns to me and says, "I'm in love with BabySquirrel's mom."

    My response: "I'm in love with BabySquirrel's dad. I should give him a call."

    I love turning a sweet moment into comedy. It would have been too damn uncomfortable if I hadn't.

    I'll go from an air conditioner to a heater in less than 24 hrs.

    The high here today is supposed to be 37. We'll see if it actually happens.

    In other news, hubs is done with his "final" draft of his thesis. I'm sure there will be revisions to come, but right now he has a break, and that's nice. Maybe we'll be able to go get a Christmas tree.

    37 degrees would be wonderful. Sitting at 14 degrees right now and not supposed to be above 25 degrees for a high temp through at least next Tuesday from what I saw for the projected weather forecast. Don't even want to know what those low temps are going to be but no doubt I will be getting a more than fair idea working a night shift that typically involves going outside.
