    Go to walk the dog and there is a helicopter hovering over the apt complex. In itself, not unusual. Then another one shows up and a parade of cop cars comes driving in and I am all the way on the other side of the complex from my apt and it's dark. Oh nice! The walk back home was far less leisurely.

    The ultrasound technician asked if I run. I told her I do martial arts. She said it was a bit of a challenge recording my heart activity because I am "too well trained" and "too muscular."

    She said my heart rate was around 47 but jumped to 67 when I laughed, the latter being low for most people.

    These are criticisms I appreciate.

    The best part, I suppose, is that she called my heart "boring." We'll see what my doctor says.

    Yeah, athletes do have lower heart rates. I guess I didn't realize you were that athletic. That's pretty good.
    We were taught that anything between 60-120 is normal.
