    Another "epic" thanksgiving day. A slow day shift and now this chance to sleep that I fully intend to use followed by a game of "clean up the black friday mess". Should work an actual meal in there somewhere but food seems to be just as low on my list of priorities during the work week as it usually is.

    I finished cooking for everybody around 7:30 tonight.
    People should not attempt cooking Thanksgiving alone. My god, my feet hurt!

    I must say, though, braising then roasting the butchered turkey produced some of the juiciest breast meat I've ever had.

    I was watching a YT vid about a guy that made a wooden linked chain made with a Porter Cable router tool.
    The tool company had heard his old router had broken, so they sent him a new one for free.
    He decided to do a vid making the chain and doing some fun product placement of the Porter Cable router.

    This was seen in the comment section by me...

    I'm getting to the point of finding it weird that people still get married. I had normally thought my view on marriage was simply skewed by my atheism/secularism, but then I found out that there are only about 31 marriages in the U.S. for every 1,000 unmarried women, which is down from about 90 in 1950. Only 47% of American women over 15 are married today compared to 65% in 1950.
