Looking with SO for more info for next year's Thailand trip, it was weird seeing how many videos there were of people showing off the First Class cabin on the Emirates A380 flight. Specifically from Bangkok to Hong Kong.

Did a quick search on the Emirates site. At roughly $1,200 for a return trip, there is no wonder that all these smug faces found themselves boasting of their great achievement.

 

When are you going next year? If I'm there, we'll have to party. Redbull ahoy!

Doing the planning now so we book very early next year before all the good places are grabbed up (it doesn't matter the price range, almost everything disappears by late February. We checked.)

over the past 10 days i've been working with a trio to build a piece for 5 of 14 large metal sound sculptures in a 40 foot shipping container that has another container built around it. the piece happened yesterday. turns out the festival was a competition. somehow the piece placed second. that has made me laugh and laugh. it also means that i have to go back to the quarry and perform the piece again this afternoon.
