Pointless Announcements

I need to condition myself to think of this image whenever my SO comes up to me and says "Come cuddle with me? Only for 10 minutes, then you can go back to work. Promise."

 

I am lying in bed. There is a cat lying across my neck who keeps trying to lick the inside of my nose. I guess I am awake.

 

Yup, sounds like a regular Caturday around here.

 

I love how casual about it they are, too.
'certainly she won't mind if I plop down here while she is sleeping...oh, now this is comfy...mmm, nose'

Maxwell does this ninja slink thing up the bed... like I'm not going to notice 17 pounds of furball walking across the mattress.
Then stands with his front feet on just one breast, and the back ones in my belly button.
And has the gall to look at me in surprise that I'm awake when he jams his cold nose up my nostril.

 

Back in Singapore.

 

I know! The standing on the boobs thing. What's up with that? Ow.

 

It's not even a steady surface... they slide around, readjust their weight, stabbing toes and claws into tender spots. Purring all the while...

Max won't walk on the thick comforter because he thinks something scary lives under there.
Plus, he trips and slips and falls all the time. I swear he thinks he weighs 3 pounds, not 17.
His primordial pouch throws off his balance.
Faust only does this when I'm awake. He just stands there and stares at me.
Heaven forbid something scares him or he launches 14 pounds of compact cat in reverse off my boobage.

Tried yet again to pitch a crossover idea to the studios, but met with a FAIL:

 

nice font matching.
Never have seen this Mr. Bean show/film/whatever, but Black Adder is one of my all time favourite tv shows EVER. 'Are You Being Served?' ranks up there pretty high as well. Have to go with Benny Hill above those two for comedy, but nothing remotely current* will top that if you ask me.

* Have to go back to Ernie Kovacs, Jack Benny, that kind of thing and radio shows like The Goon Show or Jack's radio show will trump television almost by default.

 

What is the best program to transfer files (~20 gb) between two networked computers?
