    Last year I stayed home the last 2 weeks of December and still didn't use all of my hours. Got over 100 in the bank right now. Every time I look at a calendar all I see are deadlines and appointments. Something is going to take a back seat.

    I will always remember the first time I got on Vent in World of Warcraft. This was still back in the vanilla days, pre-BC. We were getting ready to run LBRS. Before the raid, we'd been hanging out in guild chat, talking about bowel movements and diarrhea. When it came time to go, I got on Vent and talked for the first time.

    Me: Hey guys, we ready to go?
    ...awkward silence...
    Someone: Laurelin's a GIRL?!
    My friend: Yeah, I thought I told you she was.
    Me: I thought I'd told you I was.
    Someone else: She's really a girl?
    My husband: Yes, she's really a girl.
    Someone: But...but...we were just talking about DIARRHEA!
    Me: Um, yeah. Girls have diarrhea too.
    Someone else: You're not grossed about by us?
    Me: *laughs uncontrollably*
