    Tell me about it. I have to leave in about an hour to drive to the testing center for my last NES exam, "Protecting Student and Civil Rights in the Educational Environment." It's a $130 test required by the state for licensure. Sure smells like a moneygrab by Pearson to me. By the time this is over, I will have spent almost $500 on testing for my license. This doesn't include the additional fee I have to pay for the license. Yes, by all means, let's pay teachers shit and then require them to spend tons of money to become and remain teachers! Great idea!

    Ugh, I want to move to Canada.

    After that, it's meeting to organize the schoolyear. I'm jealous, GeneticShift. My vacation is over. :(

    It was only 6 work days off, so nothing to be super jealous of. I could really use another week just to finish catching up on sleep and to stop having bad dreams about the lab!

    I'm sorry about all your testing fees! I still maintain that the GRE is the biggest scam ever.

    Yeah, I could use another week to get more stuff done, but inservice starts tomorrow at 7:30 am. On the bright side, my programmable coffeemaker already had a cup ready for me when I woke up at 5:30.
