Pus.

I just learned that it's not spelled with two eses.

 

When I think about pus, I think in quarts. I've seen a lot of pus.

 

Don't YouTube pus.

Trust me.

 

I have youtubed pus. And I've personally seen cats, dogs and humans drained of more pus than I ever imagined I might see. And I've only just begun.

I once had a boil that gave forth with copious amounts of pus. There was a point where it switched from gross to simply fascinating. I was astounded at how much of it could be squeezed out.

Antibiotics were eventually required.

 

I love this pus discussion. No one ever wants to talk about pus with me.

Really, pus is evidence of your own body's fight against infection. Dead white blood cells. We should be more respectful.

 

I admit I have a fascination with pus videos on YT. Abscesses, boils, cysts, pimples, impacted earwax, tonsil stones. The whole lot.
I've learned there's a whole community out there on YT. I'm not alone. I won't be made to feel ashamed again!

I started watching a documentary this morning about the whole Texas State Board of Education/textbooks/creationism farce and now I'm all huffy and shit.
