One of the scariest films ever.

 

Two of my fingers are raw at the cuticles, I have blisters on my other fingers, my voice is hoarse, I have a headache from headbang-induced whiplash, and my ears are ringing.

But at least I feel a little bit better.

I seriously need a rock show.

In other news, I'm almost completely caught up on How I Met Your Mother. Doctor Who and Torchwood next, and then Big Bang Theory after that. Probably some time for Playing Outside thrown in there, too, whenever I get around to it.

 

Well, I was being a little facetious. Then again, they can handle it. We are all horror movie addicts. Which might, yeah, explain certain dreams I have.

 

Me too...

And yet... that film is the super creepiest.

 

Yucky day. Nothing accomplished, felt like crap.
The Boxee won't connect so I can't watch more Gordon reruns.
Now I really, really need a hug.

We are full out mystery science theater with this movie. It's just too rich.

Making my costco list at 7am to storm the doors when they open and then get the hell outta there ASAP.

Last month, I managed to hit both IKEA AND Costco, in less than 30 minutes, on a saturday afternoon. It was a miracle.

I have to do laundry today.

Why does everyone hate laundry so much? I like doing laundry.
Even the handwashing.

 

I like doing laundry, too. Except when I have to travel far to do it.
I'm purging the closet and dresser drawers today. Usually I hate this.
Today it feels goooooooooood. My inner Jung is whispering throw it away, move it out, grow up...
However, I can't give up my unix shirt.

 

Well, yes, laundromats do suck. There is one with a bar in it in Asheville. Thought that was a good idea.

Taking the E out to buy a new backpack and some clothes today. School starts back for her on Monday. Eighth grade this time.
She got a great schedule for her first semester: AP Language Arts, Creative Writing, Japanese, AP US History, AP Physical Science, Pre-Algebra and Art Appreciation.

I have to admit, even though I can't fucking stand Walt, I do have a bit of a crush on Bryan Cranston.

 

Got up early, cut the grass, did the edging and put down some lawn food.

the swish consignment store in the nearby town of boojievilla (like the flower) accepted many items from the giant ball of furniture. a small victory in the war on stuff.
