    CinnamonGirl The Cheat is GROUNDED!

I ended up doing a grilled pimento cheese sammich and a Guinness. It was delicious, excellent, and totally guilt-free.

Sitting here psyching myself up for yet another exam. This one isn't graded, but depending how we score on it, we can earn extra points toward our final next Monday. It's a standardized ATI test that is not based directly on our learning material...so the practice tests fry my brain, but I do ok on them...just ok. I sure would like to earn that extra five final exam points for scoring over 90, though.

Because we live in Oregon, and Oregon is amazing?

Either that, or we really are high all the time.

Another ice chest of milk handed off. My little girl is eating more but I'm still making far more than we need. I know it doesn't really work this way but it seems like as long as I keep giving, it keeps coming.

  9. I've hit a roadblock today and need some motivation. I read an article on LinkedIn by Charlene Li, Founder Patner at Altimeter Group, on inspiration and procrastination. I identified mostly with this quote:

Parmesan and rosemary popcorn tastes really fucking weird when you first start eating it...then, before you know it, you can't stop. Yum.

While it was nice to have some alone time for reading and cooking what I wanted, I'll be glad when my husband is home.

Have to be up at 7am tomorrow to register for next semester's clinical groups. Peds and mental health.
Just realized that the mental health clinical hours for the group I want are 2-10, a night shift. Nice!

Not ready for barefoot. Instead I bought a new pair of very light running shoes.

My wife runs barefoot for her final lap around the neighbourhood (helps with her neuropathy). The other morning she stepped on a roadkill rat. She wasn't too pleased.
