Captures my feelings perfectly...

 

Yeah... I was pretty sure heading over to Monterrey wasn't on the agenda. Though, I've been there and it's not the city that worries me. It's the stretch of highway between cities that I'm not too fond of spending time on.

Maybe I'll head the other way to the gulf coast side...

 

I'm actually ready for Monday to come and go by quickly. Big exam tomorrow morning which I studied for practically all damn day. Just finished binding my 60-pg. teaching and learning assignment about 5 mins ago. That one is due tomorrow, as well. Happy as hell to have it done. Over with. Goodbye.

Come on, Monday. And fuck you.

I wasted entirely too much brain power trying to remember Elle McPherson's name tonight.

 

have to force myself to go to bed now. damn. always happens when I study late.

 

Saw two shooting stars last night on my drive home. Hope they make both my wishes—well, the same one, really—come true.

 

I have no idea what you just said. but it sounds thrilling so YAY!

I find it sad that I lived in Arizona, king of golf courses, with half a dozen family members who play golf compulsively, and I am not more educated.

 

You might be lucky. Golf can be addictive and costly. It can also drive you nuts. For me I'd go and have an absolute great day, every stroke just felt good and ever ball dropped near perfect. I'd think "I finally have this game down, I own this game!" The next outing I can't get the ball in the air and off the fairway on my drives and every shot is a slice into the woods or rough. I've seen more then one golfer throw his clubs into a water hazard, I've had days where that seemed like a damn good idea.

 

To the zoo!!

 

The alarm still went off this morning. Damn it.

Bit of a rush when we got here this morning, and I haven't had coffee yet. Thought about skipping it, but I don't think I want the pounding headache later.

 

yesterday i spent floating about on a houseboat.
after that, i spent some time exploring the layers in the sides of the canyon of sleepiness.
then i remember vaguely saying fuck it and fell into the river.
or something.

 

Coffee was probably a bad choice.

 

There is a squirrel stuck in the downspout.


That is not a euphemism for anything.

 

Pandas were sleeping in DC... All chilled out in the air conditioning. Smart bears.
