    Hahaha, my girlfriend is standing by the Eiffel Tower and says:

    "Man, that's it? Heh, I thought it'd be bigger. What a bummer." I knew she'd say that.

    She also said hit up the Louvre and said that the Mona Lisa looked like it was done on legal-size copy paper.

    I'm starting to think she's a bit of a size queen. Which doesn't bode well for me since I'm, uh, hung like a chalkboard.

    It is crazy to look at the Mona Lisa in person IMO. When I was there it was hung in this huge room that had multiple paintings that were 20'+ tall/wide. Huge paintings with incredible detail and tons of color......and every person in the room was standing there staring at this little brown portrait behind plexiglass that was 1% of the size of the others.

    Our veterinary facility sent a donation in memory of our dog to a university trust for veterinary medicine as revealed in a kind letter of condolence we received from one of the university's deans. This all happened in a span of four days (including the time required for postage).

    It kinda hit me in the feels.

    There's an obvious benefit to them that I'm not going to deny: This is likely very good for client retention.

    We're going to get another dog...eventually...and I can't imagine bringing a new animal anywhere else.
