Jove: I've mentioned this before - eye drops kept in the refrigerator are awesome. It feels like installing an ice pack directly on your eyeball.

I cannot abide by mouth noises. I hate hearing people eating loudly, slurping, sucking on things, smacking their lips or gum... it's rude and disgusting. I'm fairly sure it stems from my sister growing up; she couldn't do anything quietly and didn't give a shit about anyone else.

 

Got my flu shot today. Wondering if there are common-to-this-year side effects that I should have asked about...eh, I'm usually fine--though perhaps a tad cranky the day after. I never believed in 'those things' (flu shots) then I got heart failure and suddenly, I'm 'high risk' so I find it's better not to argue.
