    I do count pennies. I stop and pick them up.

    To better clarify, I normally have a cushion of funds to make sure I'm ready for emergencies and "going over budget."

    It is the first time in a long time I've tapped out all my resources for about a month. It's more like monitoring my cash flow which I rarely do.
