It's Friday. Halle-fucking-lujah. I am going to spend this weekend sleeping and playing Oblivion.

 

There is nothing worse than sitting around waiting for that phone to ring. There is a project in place to seperate SA from SD so hopefully it all goes away

 

The call in the middle of the night, which turns out to not be a problem, AND wasn't in your arena of responsibility. Those were my favorite, and the most numerous of calls.

I was reading an article on another site when my screen went black for a second, came back on, then seemed to stutter, then stayed on.
Then this message popped up, "Display driver AMD driver has stopped responding and has successfully recovered.".

Should I be worried?

 

Woke up feeling all "this week has just flown by." Have spent all day thinking "will this day from hell ever end?" Who wants to make a beer run?

 

I observed the dressing change and debridement of an enormous venous stasis ulcer today. The wound care specialist who did the procedure was so awesome. She talked to me through the entire thing and showed me the things to look for in the tissue, how to actually debride the wound, how she disagrees with some aspects of the patient's wound care as ordered by his doctor (and she's most likely right) and then how to reapply the dressings and the compression bandage...it was fascinating and I learned a lot. It was a good day! Yay! Spring break, motherfuckers!
