I've used it to good effect a couple of times, including about 6 weeks ago. My wife came down with a bad respiratory infection that ended up turning into bronchitis. After she had it 5-6 days I got a bad sore throat and was achy, so I got on Tamiflu. I had maybe 2 days of mild sniffles and I was fine. Hers hung on for about two weeks, and was much more severe. The trick is to catch it early enough. The problem is that, even with insurance, it is freaking expensive. And, because I was just on it early last month, they wouldn't pay for it this time, so it was all out of pocket. I almost said "forget it", but I have a lot going on this week both at work and personally, so I have to bite the bullet and pay.

 

If it is a fire drill to get something done for you in a massive hurry, and I ask you four separate times "the only piece of information I need to do exactly what you want is 'X' (a simple dimension for the final part you are making, the part YOU own the drawing for!!)", just reply with that answer instead of sending me four separate replies asking if this needs to be a conference call, separate meeting, or to remind me how much of a hurry you are in. Give me the freaking dimension and I'll make it happen!!!

 

Nothing to do today. I will probably write a bit, work on some stuff for school, and clean my house. Exciting! It was pretty nice to have a four day weekend though.

I was just getting ready to ask how much bourbon and beer it took you to need a "floor day".

 

Yeah, that was the Nexus. Sometimes I swipe too fast and then have to go back and fix things.

I didn't have any floor days, but floor nights were had.

 

It's kind of the same reason she's always leg-humping the_jazz and I.

 

It's really hard to get up off the sofa when there is a fluffy kitty cuddling me.
