    Comically enough, referencing the story as though that's how it happened just doesn't do it justice. It's more like:

    Basically, what Gabe did is this If you were in a bar, drinking and hanging out with a bunch of people

    and in that group was one guy that you didnt know was a mixed martial arts champion. He knows he can kick the shit

    out of anyone in that bar and you happen to pick a fight with him. He warns you that he's a mixed martial arts champion,

    his friends warn you that he's a mixed martial arts champion, the bartender tells you that he's a mixed martial arts champion,

    but you're still so full of yourself that you take a swing at him, and the next thing you know, he has gone full blown Mortal Kombat

    fatality on your ass, and you're on your way to a grave you dug yourself, which you'll be lying in face down.

    When a customer publicly complains of your service, you generally:

    a) publicly apologize
    b) fix that shit
    c) publicly follow-up until that shit is fixed on the customer's end

    Paul C. forgot a basic PR principle: people will talk about the way you handle things. This talk WILL affect your business, either positively or negatively.

    Although I have absolutely no interest in the controller, I sat shaking my head as I read how poorly he handled the situation.

    Whenever I see/hear/read about a person who is just this big of an asshole I wonder what sort of life they have lived which allowed them not only to behave in that way, but think that they're in the right for doing it. I just can't imagine what it had to have been like.
