I just use the ringtone called Haze. I do need to find a better & more persistant 'notification' for text messages because now I initially get a couple of low volume beeps that are easy to miss and that's it.

Some tune tones I've thought about tracking down:

The Letter, Joe Cocker version, for TMs.
Talk, Talk for incoming calls (this was available years ago, not sure about now).
    Call Me for VMs.

My phone is my alarm clock, too. I use a calm, romantic guitar that I got off some sound board or other, so it doesn't disturb Mrs Moose. So it spends the night on the shelf with my CPAP machine, next to (and slightly above) my head.

My ringtone has been Steve Miller - Jungle Love opening, but I was just changing it to my Raving Rabbids sounds when i came across this article!

I have separate ring tones for different groups of people...
General - Feel Good, Inc (Gorillaz)
Hubs - Baby, It's You (Smith)
Girlfriends - Girls Just Wanna Have Fun (Cyndi Lauper)
School People - Whip It (Devo)
    Boss - She's a Lady (Tom Jones)
Family - Curb Your Enthusiasm theme.

I use temple bell for texts, and whisper for emails. I need to know where the call is coming from to even bother trying to address it, due to my line of work. And I need to at least be able to hear the damn thing, so it has to be something that catches my attention. Usually, though, it's on vibrate these days. I use it as my alarm clock, but it goes on silent at night and only vibrates for texts or incoming calls, neither of which come in at odd hours unless it's an emergency. I used different color indicator lights mostly. Magenta for texts, blue for emails, light blue for missed calls. It's easy, then, to figure out what I've missed.

My favorite ring tone ever was Don't Fear the Reaper when I worked for hospice. It was great to just know it was coming, though I kept it on vibrate at work. Those who knew what I did for a living would die laughing whenever my phone rang in public.

Sick + funny = appropriate .

I need to see what ring tone one of my BILs uses. He has worked as a mortician and currently works in a county medical examiners office.
