The Texans are a great team.

Now back on planet earth.....I didn't see the game. The stats show that both offenses were pathetic.

The local sports media is having a field day with this molehill-mountain crap.

The game stats show that JJ Watt didn't have a great game. The thing is as teams double team and try to keep the plays away from JJ, it opens the door for others players. If Clowney could stay healthy and live up to his potential........

    ------------------------------

Now where have the Bengals fans on TFP gone :p?

  6. This. Teased me into starting him in FFB. His negative points cost me the win/revenge against Giant Hamburger.

Since this is the NFL thread, and there was some posting about QBs struggles in the NFL,
I highly recommend the novel Playing For Pizza by John Grisham.

An ageing career back-up, who totally blew every it when he did get to play, winds up playing for a professional team in Italy. It's an entertaining read.

He was previously a back-up QB for the Texans under Kubiak.

    -----------------------------------

Mentioning back-ups, the Texans have claimed Brandon Weeden off waivers.

So the Texans now have BU QB that was waived by the 2-7 cowgirls.

This last week was a complete turn around. A guy at work, Herb, always picks 6 or more upsets. He won the pot with 8 wins, unbelievable.

I sure hope that the Dolphins have their shiact together today.

Case Keenum is getting another chance, starting for the Rams. I wish him well!

The Texans won thanks to some very poor coaching by the Jets, and some mistakes by Fitzpatrick.

Unfortunately no teams came through to help the Texans, and to hurt the cowgirls.

I only got to see the last eight minutes of the night game.

Well, one is about 17.9 pounds, the other is 14.5 pounds. They're snuggly and total pains in the asses. But they're fun to have around.

Marshawn Lynch is going to be out for quite a while having surgery for a hernia.

I hope Thomas Rawls continues to perform the way he does. He and Tyler Lockett were very fun to watch in the game against San Francisco this last weekend. My husband has Rawls on his fantasy bench, and I have Lockett on mine; we both thought we'd subbed them in before the game...nope. Oh well. We both won our matchups anyway!

  20. I don't think that would make him feel better.

@Chris Noyb may be a jerk sometimes, but I wouldn't wish you on him....
