NFL 2014 - Weekly Picks

I didn't add up everything, but I think you are correct. I guess I overestimated the defenses, or underestimated the offenses.

 

Well, my lack of faith in Washington almost was justified, but they dogged me in a different way this week,
actually pulling through barely with a different QB.

So the numbers...

It was a close pack this week with everyone in the game...
But our ususual leaders came down to OT with @grumpyolddude bumping @Borla with the higher tie-breaker score of 44 vs the actual score of 53

Myself with my distain for Washington, @ZombieSquirrel with her love of the Bengals, and @ChrisNoyb and his early start...came in following
and @ralphie250 trailed close behind

It's getting interesting more in the middle of the season, as everyone has a background to trend off of,
leaving only their biases & instincts to make the difference.

Ooo...that Philly/Arizona game will be good.
Don't know if I'd say the same for that Washington/Dallas game...but like I said before, I'm biased.

I don't like this week at all. Too many close games, and too many favorites that I don't really like. It's been taking 11-12 wins per week mostly IIRC? I bet it only takes 9-10 this week.

It's awesome.

 

It was an upset week...with Washington beating all the pickers everywhere to overcome Dallas.

I finally got enough sleep & exercise to beat out @grumpyolddude by one and pushed for a Win
@ChrisNoyb stumbled at the start and tied with @ralphie250 for the Bronze (or Show)
@Borla one of our usual leaders, must have strained a tendon and came trailing in last.
And @ZombieSquirrel I guess had a bye week.

And on to Week 9
I'll put out a mid-season summary after it next week.
