And now folks are raising a fuss over the non-call on Dez Bryant for coming onto the field without his helmet on.

No doubt the Kittens lost that game on their own mostly because of their anemic offense in the last three quarters, a whopping two FGs, but the officials certainly screwed-up on the DPI call/non-call. In a perfect world the receiver would've been flagged for the face mask, which would've made everything else moot.

Some fans are going to scream for more replays and a more liberal challenge system. Maybe one day we'll see four hours+ NFL games.

Hated the PI call on the Lion, naturally. I would have hated it against any team even the cowgirls, whom all should know by know I loathe. That was just unprofessional.

I had hope for the Lions but felt a sinking feeling from the start of the 2nd qtr.

    That said let's go Packers.

I'm already seeing the cowgirls gear that the cockroach fans have pulled from the bottom drawer and the back of the closet. I sincerely want the Packers to win..........even if it means more commercials with Aaron Rodgers. The "overkill endorsements" are what put me off Poutin' Peyton Manning (I'm still expecting him do a tampon commercial). EDIT--That's a comment on his "overkill," not his manhood.

  7. Now, if the NFL would stop apologizing for all of the officiating mistakes, that would be great.

TWENTYMAN: NFL admits to another Lions-Cowboys error
What I would love to hear from the NFL is that they totally fucked up by fielding crews unfamiliar with working/communicating together for games of this magnitude. Crews of refs are a team unto themselves and should have been assigned as such, based on their performance as a group.

I also think it's past time the NFL started treating officiating their product as a full time profession. Even though NFL refs make over $100g/yr, they still work it as a side job, having full time careers in other fields. They are highly paid HOBBYISTS! Considering the revenue the league generates (not to mention the amount of money changing hands through the sports books), this fact astounds me.

Also.... Blandino partying with Cowboys' brass? Bad form. Save for the off-season, Dean!

The bad part is many Lions fans will whine long & loud about how the poor officiating cost the Lions the game. The reality is all teams are hurt by, and benefit from, blown calls/non-calls. Unfortunately sometimes those happen on crucial plays (which I don't think is the case with the Lions v. cowgirls).

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------

What about Suh's upcoming free agency? If the Lions don't 'franchise' him, will he accept the big $$$ from a much lesser team with almost no playoff hopes? One factor is he won't/shouldn't, rightfully so, have advertising agencies lined up to sign him to endorsement deals.

One of Bill O'Briens' (OB) hires, offensive line coach Paul Dunn, didn't work out so well and was fired. If OB had been an experienced NFL coach at the time he hired the guy, I'd say this reflected very poorly on him. But as a rookie to the NFL he gets a pass........this time.

OB has hired Mike Devlin, a former assistant coach with the pathetic NY Jets. If this hire doesn't turn out well, there will be no pass for OB.

If looks could kill, Bailey's look would've killed the defender who tipped the FG attempt. Poor baby. Boo hoo hoo.

Those should've been offsetting personal foul penalties.

    Yes!

    Yes!

    Yes!

I can already hear the cowgirls fans whining about the catch reversal. Boo fucking hoo.

To hell with jackass jerry jones, the cowgirls organization, the cowgirls players, and most importantly the majority of the dallas cowgirls fans.
