I believe I've already stated how I feel... Raping, loss of sphincter function, pox on their first borns, etc.

if only the Pats made a version of "doesn't matter, had sex" but with this game's victory instead of sex (although i'm sure they have fresh oracles delivered to them... daily)

    I agree, grump. :)
I felt she handled the song very well and didn't become too "artsy" with it.

Well, if anything, the Patriots were exposed for the pretenders that they are. Still don't think anyone from the AFC could beat the best of the NFC. Crap, the Giants just scored, TD to Manningham. Eugh.

Yes, yes, enjoy your schadenfreude. This post-season is only fun for bandwagon fans and people from the NE USA. That is, unless San Fran wins.

  7. I dunno, Ace. It was apparent early on that this wasn't a vintage Patriots team. The general weakness of the AFC has as much to do with their success as their own performances.

Anyway, after taking a shower and reflecting on this abortion of a post-season, I can safely say that every comment I've made since the end of the Patriots game today has been baseless. Alcohol + football = too much emotion to think in a rational way. The team that wins deserved to win because no game comes down to a single play. Football fans in general should enjoy this post-season since there have been a number of A+ games. Anyway, my total homerism blinds me from being able to cheer for any of the remaining teams, so I'm just hoping for a good Superbowl. Feh.

I'll take "Inopportune times to turn the ball over" for 1000 Alex.

Heh, at that field goal, all I kept thinking was, "Laces out!" "Laces out!".

Super Bowl ought to be good.

Well I sincerely wish the 9'ers would have won but the truth is they were out played by a better team today. There's no way S.F. can win by turning over the ball repeatedly. My hats off to the NYG and I hope they pound the shit out of Bill O'Cheat and the Pats.

Should be a decent SB.. .unless of course the Pats win. Just in case I'll get a couple bottles of good rum to to either celebrate or kill the pain.

um...i just returned from watching the patriots win and then the more dignified 49ers go down to the odious giants. i am rather looking forward to the super bowl. i am hoping the eli spends even more time examining the turf than he did today. and patriots have an actual offense. i anticipate a game that is not pretty at all. the giants will be pulverized.

Giants will win. Manningham will cause massive havoc for the pats weak secondary. We saw how slow and weak the linebackers for the pets were and the Giants will use it to set up the long ball.

Fuck I hate the pets. That was the best playoff game I've seen Flacco play and for the kicker to shank a chip shot that badly is almost beyond belief. I hope he got a beat down.

Yeah Yeah.. I get it. It wasn't just him, but let's face it, a lot of this "sticking up" shit is for PR only. You know most of those guys are pissed that he couldn't perform a job when it mattered the most.

there was the strip in the end zone just before the shanked kick. and like it or not the patriots played well defensively. and unlike the 49ers, the patriots have an offense. i do not see the giants having a good superbowl. at the same time, they are on a bit of a roll, so i would have prefered sf.

  20. I can't say that I'm upset that Ray Lewis won't get another stab at a ring.
