Well, the second half is usually where the Ducks run away with it. The problem is that FSU has nine second half comebacks, so it isn't likely to be as easy this time.

I'm just glad they have a double digit lead to play with. They may need it.

Maybe that Big Ten isn't so down after all.

What a fabulous day of football. Basically every one of my wishes came true. :D

Yeah, I noticed that. Bad form. They should have expected that kind of outcome once Oregon had the edge; the Ducks are the kind of team that put the pedal to the metal with their offense.

More than anything, I hate to see that the Ducks are going to be missing yet another major piece (or it seems so) to injury. Ifo is already out, it looked like Devon Allen's knee injury was bad enough he'll be out too. The way he grabbed for his knee before he even fell makes me think he probably popped something. They haven't announced anything yet, but I'm anticipating an ACL, or at least a major MCL injury.

If Ohio State plays like they did last night, the Ducks will have their hands full. Though I'm still glad it wasn't Alabama...

They only directly picked the Ohio State/Alabama game and the FSU/Oregon game.

This doesn't have anything to do with the major bowl games & final championship, but did anyone happen to see the last 10 minutes, esp the last 6:14, of the Armed Forces Bowl? The UH Cougars shocked the living shit out of the Pitt Panthers.

But that doesn't tell the full story. The last 6:14 was some of the wildest football that I've seen in a while--two onside kick recoveries, a TD pass on 4 & 16, a two point conversion, and stopping Pitt after they reached midfield.
Baylor blew a huge lead, but they gave it away slowly but surely. Pitt's D just looked clueless in the last 10 minutes.

We went to Fuddruckers and sat down with about 12 minutes left in the game, the score was 31-6.

I would've liked to hear what was said in the Panthers locker room after the game.
