Actually, have some balance with "holding" exercises.
It is possible to train your body to "hold" too much.

Then you'll have the opposite difficulty, where you cannot release when appropriate.

    1. you'll go on forever without ejaculation, which can be potentially wearing to yourself and partner in more ways than one.
    2. you can get blue balls without this ejaculation...and it kind of defies the reason Nature is allowing you to do this (if you want a baby)
    3. Your partner emotionally connected to the act...may take insult that you couldn't get off.
(Not your fault or theirs...or fair, but a real politic... BTW, they "may" not tell you or realize it, to add to the complexity/ambiguity)

And in all reality, this may be a side-effect from long-term adult web-browsing or otherwise...and the related masterbation.
As you "hold" off to allow yourself the continuing pleasure/sensation of almost getting there...without release.
It's an situation that experts are just becoming aware of more.

Then you have to start training yourself interestingly enough...the opposite.
How to "relax" at the right moment during arousal, sex and coming.
Second, to get back the proper sensation that a partner's natural internal muscles can give in strength, touch and motion to your surface area and reaction.
in comparison to the strength & patterns of your hand. (there is a difference, try visualizing where you do it to yourself and where your SO's will "affect" you)
Otherwise, this is not fair to yourself or your partner...for the complete act of sex.

To be honest, I have been in this situation.
The potential is real, it's no joke.
Fortunately, I have gone full circle...problem solved...but you have to be aware of it.
