Mondays suck

Poor lil pooch!

6:30 am... outta the shower, finishing a shave... cell beeps, text... Stock man at work, computer is down... SHIT!

Not all Mondays start this way. Sometimes other things break. Sometimes Monday happens later in the week.

 

So rough Borla. You have no idea how rough.

 

My monday starts Tuesday night and it usually is not too bad aside from a complete lack of motivation. Wednesday nights tend to be rougher as I am prone to have less sleep during the daylight hours when vampir.......er.....'what the hell is that bright light in the sky?' folks like myself try to stay out of the sunlight.

 

Mondays generally blow. Today improved by leaps and bounds with a celebratory birthday dinner after work.

Cocktails FTW.

 

After my peaceful, enjoying-the-sun-and-my-dog's-company morning, things took a downhill turn. Ugh. I don't think I've ever been as close to walking out on a job as I was today...and I'm not a walk-out type of person.

But then I had a long phone conversation with my mama, and Lordeden made an absolutely kickass homemade pizza, so my day got considerably better.

 

Tuesdays aren't much better.

 

I wholeheartedly agree.

 

Aahh... my Monday mornings are usually worth waiting for. Since I mainly work in the evenings, while other family members go to school or work on Monday, I have time for myself.

 

seems it has been monday all week here.

 

Ugh. It's Monday again. And on top of it I have a dental appointment in 2 hours to start a crown.

Double suck.

 

I went to the gym today for the first time in years, and had a personal trainer show me how to use all the machines and whatnot. I'm feeling awesome and ready to get to work as soon as I finish eating. I'm not sure how awesome I'll feel tonight after the muscle fatigue sets in, though.
