Last Movie you watched that you enjoyed....

Last movie I watched was Would You Rather? which was fairly middle of the road. Last movie I watched that I enjoyed was Dredd. Shame there won't be a sequel.

 

I'd have to say The Hobbitt.

That was the last movie I watched in the theater and could give my undivided attention to. I've re-watched others that I enjoy, but I haven't enjoyed the experience since I didn't shut down and give it my full attention.

Excellent, eclectic movie....good music too.

 

We just watched "The Princess Bride" again tonight. Always a good standby when we're in a light movie mood.

 

I only just watched that for the first time recently. I find got fed up with people expressing amazement for years that I had never seen it and capitulated. Now to find the time to sit down and watch Forest Gump for the first time also.....

I'll admit it.. Pitch Perfect.

 

Saw Olympus has Fallen yesterday. Pretty typical action movie, but enjoyable. Reminded me of a Vince Flynn novel, with Koreans substituted in as the bad guys.

 

We saw Iron Man 3 last Saturday, and I enjoyed it. Not as much as the first one, but more than the second. And the post-credits scene made me squee like a fangirl.

 

My hat's off to "The Guilt Trip".

The scene where Seth Rogen says "Doesn't the fact that I have been sitting here for two hours, drinking shots of Jack Daniels, and haven't said a word make you realize that I want you to shut the F#ck up?"

Classic.

 

The Internship. I thought it was going to suck hard, but it was quite funny.

The tale of a skinny little vegetarian boy adrift with Richard Parker.
Brilliant scenes in it - and wasnt expecting the ending.

 

I watched the recent remake of The Pod People on Netflix yesterday and actually liked it. I can not recommend watching it for several reasons but the ending was perfect. It was one of those "you humans cannot win, you are all royally screwed" kind of things that more films involving aliens and such should be doing.

 

"Beautiful mind". I could watch ir over and over.

 

"Now You See Me" , pretty Damn good

Finally saw Bridesmaids last week. I was afraid it was basically just an all-girl Hangover, but it wasn't, and I really liked it. And George O'Dowd? Yummy.
